No, I have not ran away. Things have just been extremely busy over here. But I should be able to get on late tomorrow, if not then Sunday and I -should- be back to being able to log in regularly again.

Well, what can I say... after being busy and sick, I'm currently participating in a fuuurious game design contest (the Gamechef if you're interested). Good news, it's over in a few days (June, 21)! Bad news, I'll be back then

Good luck in the contest! Never heard of it, but sounds interesting.

Heya! So... I'm back! Yeah the contest was really interesting, as always (the theme was "A Different Audience"). Hectic, also, as always. I think, this is maybe *the* main game (I should almost say "tabletop RPG") design contest you could find. On the English-speaking side there are now 118 more games available (well, proposals... not really games). And 40 games on the French-speaking side. (Dunno for the Korean, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, and Russian sides though...) Lots of first-timers this year, which is cool (and that's even cooler because that means I have more chances to win! ). So, yeah, thanks for wishing me luck, I'll need it! I've seen some pretty neat concepts during these 9 days. I'll have to go read them!

My playing times have been rather erratic for the better part of a month, as I finished an online course I was taking, followed by two weeks of "vacation" visiting family. I arrived back home yesterday, and RL permitting, I'll be around more often.

Sorry I have not been around much the past couple of weeks. I should hopefully be back online more actively tonight. I had to register for college courses and it was stressing me out because i couldn't decide what I wanted to take let alone what I want to be. I have chosen to work on being a associates in arts. SO I think I am going for an English major. But that is subject to change so who knows. Just thought I would let you guys know.

Okay, well I said I should be back on more, and I guess Iliad because I went on a (unscheduled) vacation to my grandmothers, I should be returning home in a couple days so you should see me around again around Monday night.

Seriously considering giving up nwn. Again. I uninstall and re-install from time to time, depending on school or real-life commitments, and largely because I lack the discipline not to log in from time to time if it's still on my comp. Has anyone else ever struggled with the thought of giving up this game for good?

I've thought about it loads of time, and I have had multiple extended breaks from time to time. But it's always seemed wrong not to have NWN installed, so even if I'm not playing it for a while, there's a copy sitting available on my computer. That said, I can understand the reasons for wanting to take a break, but you've gotta do what you've gotta do.

Thanks Also, it occurs to me that anyone who has actually made that decision already wouldn't be reading these forums and therefore would not be able to answer lol.
