Rumors of a pajama pool party that took place earlier spread through the school. Students exploring the pool later wouldn't find a party, but would notice a curious round hole about the size of a small fist in one of the wooden dressing room walls bordering the pool. The hole doesn't appear to have been punched out, as there's no damage to the wall apart from the excised section. Clearly, there's some kind of pervert on the loose at Hogwarts.

Also, somebody tracked water all through the 5th floor and even into one of the storage rooms. How inconsiderate.

Occasional appearances of "killer snowmen" continue to plague the school over the next day or two, showing up in unexpected places and pitching snowballs at people until attacked in a way that isn't fire spells. (They poof past those.)

The sorting hat would be.... a bit out of sorts (pun intended) this morning. It would be randomly calling out houses without being put on anyone's head, and would even be calling out a new house, "Rainbow Rumpus!" which the sorting hat explains the qualities of the house as someone who is a partier, seeks out friendship more than anything else, and is extremely empty-headed. If anyone were to investigate, it would smell lightly as though it had enjoyed a night at the Hog's Head.

Students could be heard gossiping about how Amber Ramsay brutishly put the beat down on Ian Gregor Blackwing after he assulted a first year. Supposedly there was some crack pot Hufflepuff who stood back and paniced the whole time, that or she was dancing.

Amber Ramsay would be seen by a few, hugging the small Prosper Eversong, giving him comforting pats on the back while he cried his dear little heart out.

Apparently the Dueling Hall was full of activity last night. Pillow fights, Professor fights, dinosaur cow fights, girls flirting with Sir Cadogan ..!
No wonder other students were peeking in and running away.

There is murmuring about Professor Lockhart being seen "sneaking" into the Hospital Wing and back out again some while later. Someone said he was wearing a hood, which is certainly very unusual for him as he always shows off his magnificent head of hair and beaming face proudly. It seems this took place sometime after a surprisingly difficult Potions class, at which Lockhart may have been included in some fashion.

Potions students might know more, should any of them be willing to talk.

During first period, all professors read a reminder of the rules regarding the restricted section to their students - namely, that students are not allowed to enter by themselves, and must request books during the hours the library are open with a signed permission note from a professor. Students speculate that somebody must have gotten caught sneaking into the restricted section the previous night. Wonder who it was? Nobody seems to have lost points. Some Ravenclaw students would speak of an alarm that they heard going off last night shortly after 1 AM, could it have been connected?

Sliver could be seen around Knockturn frequently. Often making trips to and from the Docks section, and looking over abandoned or unused buildings. He'd be seen in the Mystique Tavern and Starknuts, looking over paperwork and discussing things with people quietly, especially Durious Black.

Rumor has it that somebody started paying it forward at Fortescue's this afternoon. What a nice thing to do!

Any students visiting the ice cream shop, whether as a result of the above rumor or not, would notice that somebody is moving into the vacant building next door. Some students claim that they saw - or even possess - mysterious silver spheres, about the size of a snitch, given out by the people moving into the shop. What could it be?

The silver spheres obtained over the past week have begun hatching, or so students claim! Those lucky enough to have one say that they all went berserk this morning, and inside is an exclusive invitation to a fancy dinner. Some students who don't have invitations begin wondering what it'll take to convince the bearers of such invitations to invite them as their plus one.

Sam McKinnon was absent from Friday evening's Astronomy class, though Professor Sinistra didn't seem surprised, almost as if she'd been informed he would be. Some students mention seeing him in the Hospital Wing, in the company of Cray Fencrow. Cray looked pretty worried, wonder what happened?

Also, a pair of shoes was found in the ground floor corridor to fifth floor passageway later that same evening, and promptly hung by the laces out of reach as is the usual course of action at Hogwarts. Some students may recognize these as Sam's shoes, the ones he wears to run around outside.
