I wasn't watching harry potter for the same reason I'd watch a superhero movie. Different genre. :\ Yeah, one has powerful superhumans with bizarre powers and costumes, and the other one is Harry Potter.

Some how that sentence made me laugh, but yeah, it was surprising how right that guy was. He seemed very passionate about it. .-.

That's 2143 photos/day. If you work 8 hours/day, that's 12 photos/minute.

Charity wrote: Unless he works as a photographer. He does. The hourly numbers are somewhat more reasonable(a photo every 10 seconds) if I subtract out 8 hours for sleep instead of only looking at the workday. EDIT: Actually, my math is totally wonky. Nevermind. That's something like 1.5 photos/minute for the first estimate up there. Totally reasonable, even factoring in breaks, time spent talking, and so on.

For some reason, the woman that was sitting next to me on a seven hour long aeroplane flight decided that Fifty Shades of Grey was suitable reading material for such an occasion. It was totally not awkward at all.

It was totally not awkward at all. I have put that book on hold for so many women. And one man. Who kept insisting it was for his wife. Almost to the point where I suspect it wasn't. >_> You get desensitized.

Haha Also, the girl next to her was reading Catching Fire, so.

No, I don't think there is, but I guess it just seems odd to me.

I've always thought it was a general rule that you don't read erotica in a relatively public area. The rule is put a cover on the book that makes it unassuming so people don't go, "OMFG PORNO BOOK." This stems from the original practice of hiding Playboy in textbooks.

I think these people just do it for fun, to creep out the others around them. I'd totally do it for that reason. Pay no attention to the book, just have it there in plain view.
