Hey no problem! If anyone else wants their Patronus done just PM me! I have made a Hawk patronus too so far. I just took what my friends wanted and made it for them, I can do the same for all of you.

I'd like to dish some kudos at Kadaja... That was quite the interesting evening... Sadly, there weren't many other PC's on, otherwise I have a feeling rumors would have spread like wildfire. lol

Karen figured they were out of context, though, and promptly forgot them. As did I.

Kudos to a bunch of people(Ana, Drado, Willow, Steven, Kenny, Maxwell...those are all the ones who I remember) for the awesomely long RP conversation in the entrance hall tonight. Though it did go a bit disturbingly sideways at the end...if I have nightmares tonight while the cold front is coming through my area, it's your fault!

I got to give it up for everyone with our awkward EH conversation with ghost-human relations. It's too bad we made Drado throw up before we took it further. Kudos to everyone previously mentioned in the kudos box above. However replace Kenny with Karen.
Then I want to do a very special Kudos to Drado and Xander who have given me some nice welcome back RP that walked me down memory lane from way before i became a dm and during. Man, has it been a ride....and I hope to make it a ride this time around again. Hopefully with more loops and corkscrews.
I'd also like thank a few people that gave me some mild amusement through tells which made me feel obviously welcomed and well... I'm not sure I know the words to describe a conversation about a completely sexually confused hard drive. Anyway, Thank you Calan, hopefully sometime soon we'll get some RP in together. Once again Drado for actually being overly enthusiatic with my response that college is over and i do plan on soaking back into all of our characters laughs, tears, and fears.
...though everyone should give yourselves a pat on the back. It's everyone that makes this home for everyone else. So Kudos to you all, young and old.

I want to make this a kudos post for the work that several folks have done and as a clarification that will hopefully make sense to us all.
First of all, I would like to thank the folks who come to classes, take part in plots, and forward their own personal RP on the server. The bottom line is that HP is a RP server. It is why we are here, and our RP is what makes the "world" turn. As annoying as it may seem at times, the only reward for that RP, most of the time, is.... The experience of the role playing.
There won't always be scrolls handed out in classes. In fact, I would say that, in most of them, there's not a chance of getting a new spell. All the digging and searching for some clue that helps move a plot forward may not result in anything but frustration. It may seem like a *great* idea, but if it's not *really* key to the plot, it's going to get glossed over and passed along.
Some things are just meant for learning. Some things are meant to last ... to be difficult ... to take a while to finish. The reward at the end, even if it just ends up being able to say "I did this!", is all the better for the work put into it.
A lot of folks here know me and my way of DMing/etc. For those who might not, I guess I can summarize it with this - You're going to have to work for that cookie.
Yes, I tend to take things a bit more seriously than some. PCs who smart off to my teachers will get kicked out of classes. It is not uncommon for my professors to tell a student to bug off and go study when they bring questions to the teacher that the profs would NOT want the students pursuing. Unwise decisions can result in painful results.
I don't believe in Monty Haul scenarios, and I LOVE to reward folks who work for their dinner!
None of these mean that any player should play their characters in ANY way other than how that PC would act! Believe it or not, I'm a firm believer that it is the flaws of a character that make them fun, not the strengths. Anyone can boast and brag. It takes effort and character to plow through the hard times and get better.
Now.... Am I picking on anyone with this "thank you!" post? No! Far from it! I am very happy to see everyone getting as involved in things as they have been. I hope that it will continue and that your characters will have a ... memorable time, if not a good one.
There are some great characters rolling around out there, and the efforts that you put into the game are all appreciated. Since some of the plots out there right now are mine, I just wanted to say that out loud (if typing counts as "out loud").
Kudos, y'all. Keep after it! I hope you have a heckuva time!

Kudo's to Gray who's been putting in extra DM'iness lately! The morgage reference got a chuckle out of Calan and myself.
Kudo's to anyone who's been sweet to poor lil' Anula and willing to smell her poo...
Kudo's to Creed, great to see you around again ol' timer! Was fun to reminisce with an old friend.

Kudos to Kadaja and Ana. The RP the past couple weeks, possibly month has been very trying, emotional, and dramatic. So many times did Xander feel the need to lower himself to their level by damaging his brain cells by repeatedly connecting his head to a near by pillar, wall, or desk.

Meant to post this last night before bed, but my internet died right after I logged off the server...talk about timing. Thanks to Liss and Angel for some interesting (if prematurely cut short) RP last night, as well as for (inadvertently) showing me something kind of important about Karen. It's funny how you think you know your character, but something that they feel so strongly about just doesn't occur to you until it comes up, and then it's so obvious...
