Would just like to apologize for my absence lately. Between all the social gatherings of the season, college sign-up, and several new games for Christmas, I've been pretty busy. I will try to start showing up a bit later this month after I've started college and figured out my schedule.

Christmas break is just about over, as the winter semester of university classes begins tomorrow. This means I will have less time to spend on the server, once again. I do expect to be able to play more often then last semester, occasionally on the evenings during the weekdays, and of course, the weekends.

I would like to remind people of the fact that, if you PM me a little bit ahead of time, I can and -will- change up my study/assignment schedule (or miss a little bit of sleep) to roleplay at a different time/day then I usually do, and simply do the work at a later time. Don't be afraid to ask!

Oh, right. I'm back.

After encountering multiple problems that made my last operating system almost unusable, I was forced to do a clean install of Windows 7. Unfortunately, like many before me, I've misplaced my NWN discs (Or rather, left them at my mom's house).
Looks like I'll be absent until I can get my hands on those again.

You know, people who lose the discs... It's not pirating to download the game as long as you still have your CD-keys, as far as I know. That's why Bioware removed the disc check in... like, whatever patch that was. So everyone, back up those keys, or even copy your whole game folder to flash drive or whatever, cause you never know when computer related disaster might strike!

I think I've logged on two or three times in the past two months. Which really sucks since I'm totally missing out on all the RP! Which is really bad because I realized my RP isn't even close to sharp anymore! I need to get on and get back to normal..And also not playing HP server just depresses me.
It's like..I go to school, my mood is ruined by annoying jerks and boring teachers, and then my mood is brightened by my hyperactive random friends...But then..I come home..and..if it's a good day, my brother will not allow me to use the nwn computer the rest of the day, my sister will not allow me to use this laptop (which doesn't have nwn), my father will not allow me to use the wii, and my mother, well, I'm not going to force her to change the channels from her ER shows, Hallmark, and Lifetime, to my Animal Planet, Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon..So all I have left are the hundreds of books I've already read (not kidding. I've read them all.), my homework (which I never do at home, for me it's easier to do them before each class), or petting my dog (which I do too much. I mean seriously at least 2 hrs a day)! But to make things worse, before the night is ended, my family will have at least 3 fights. And in our house, a fight is like throwing balls in a house made of glass.
If it's a bad day...The house shatters and someone nearly dies, everyone's heart gets another scar, us kids are too horrified to go to school the next day, and when we go into public again, it'll be even harder to live the lie we live. The sad part is..This isn't hypothetical.
My only chance to ever log on is on the weekends, which I will try really hard to do because I'm sure I will be a little bit better when I'm Ace Greyfur, or Kiera Hunter, instead of Kelsy.

I've returned from my wonderful visit to our northern neighbor, the lovely SleepingSun. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be able to get my iMac back tomorrow night. If all goes as planned, I ought to be back on my horse!

Just when I return, I end up leaving again. My grandfather has sadly passed this evening after battling cancer for roughly a year. So for the next week or two I'll be on very rarely if at all. Thank you to all for your kind words. Lastly, thank you to Calan, Ree, Kadaja, Seril and Jackie for the fun night we had a couple weeks ago. Twas a nice stress reliever from what was my daily RL. With that said and done. I'll see the lot of you on the flip side.
