Damn it all! Never have I wanted to see Liss hurt as much as I did today. Today I decided to continue my conversation with her that I had started last week. That cold heartless [censored].

She openly admitted to testifying against my brother! I so badly wanted to jump across that table and finish what Terry had started. But I couldn't... Too many witnesses and the fact that I would be marked a cold hearted killer by the wizarding community. Most likely forever putting my family's name to shame.

I preferred the "kind" Liss over this one. Too bad she regained the memory that she was a cold heartless [censored].

Tis a shame Terrance failed at removing both their lives. Though I guess there is an upside... At least one problem is gone...

I'm unsure if I'm willing to continue my studies towards this "memory potion" and/or this pensieve that Snape told me to look into. All I've gathered so far is that its used to collect memories and the ability is rare. After I get over this state of anger and depression; I'll decide if I wish to pursue this further...

A couple of my younger cousins started school today. One of them was Canis. The younger brother of my other cousin Thanatose. Speaking of Thanatose, I wonder how he's doing. I heard from my uncle that he was transfered to Durmstrang because all the mishaps at Hogwarts and because my cousin prefers the teaching methods there... As for the other one; I can't remember his name. From the sound of his name he may be from one of the archaic branches of my family tree.

Let's see... What else...? I'm still slowly recovering from the huge slap in the face Liss gave me the other day. I hope the sting subsides soon.

I know my father is extremely mad at my brother but maybe I can convince him to pull some strings within the Ministry to have him transfered to the Ministry's cell block. If my father refuses then I'll... I'll just have to find someone who is willing to pull those strings...

I'm still unsure how to approach Wiley... Upfront or incognito...? Maybe I should wait until I've talked to father about Durious?

In other news a couple stupid Gryffs attacked a couple of the faculty today. Tis a sad day when the idiots turn on their own. Though maybe I can use these two to my advantage? We shall see...

I think I just got my motivation back....

Today the infamous Bart Kelm decided to attack an Auror. In return he got a face full of the killing curse. Not sure if it was the face or not; I didn't get enough time to inspect the body due to that fool of a Slytherin, John Dranco impeding my path.

God! I truly am growing a deep hatred for him. That kid has his head too far up his arse for his own good and too haphazard with his beliefs. I figured he would make a good allie if not tool but my second appraisal... more like third... is telling me otherwise...

The arrogant fool is starting to get all authoritarian lately. Its quite annoying. Especially with his track record. Bloody hypocrites. I attempted to teach him a lesson today. Though it appeared to have back fired due to too many witnesses and an unseen blast of Duro from some older student.

Obviously out numbered after the Duro wore off I went with it all. Tossing a few remarks here and there. Eventually Snape arrived. That dirty *a word appears to be scribbled out between dirty and Hufflepuff* Hufflepuff... That wasn't very nice... Anyways, she decided to abuse her power and claim that I attacked everyone in the entrance hall. I mean come on you silly girl. Snape may dislike me and tend to discredit me because of his natural dislike of his students but... He's not that bloody dumb, in fact Professor Snape is quite intelligent in a creepy way...

Anyways, the Professor knows I'm not dumb like the bloody Gryffindors; attacking numerous people by myself. Stupid girl must have been color blind and mixed my green with red by some bloody miracle.

Snape being annoyed with the bombardment of everyone's opinion on the situation told me to follow him to his office and for the rest of them to bugger off. He didn't use those exact words but it felt great... After reaching his office I explained myself and how it all actually happened. He seemed annoyed with some of the names mentioned. Especially the Hufflepuff names. I guess they've been a thorn in his side lately. In the end he waved it off and told me to avoid such confrontations...

I think the school is retracting in a state of madness or something... This is the 4th maybe 5th Hogwarts student they've brought to Azkaban in the past 6 months. This new student that they've left me as a cell mate appears to wear patches of red on his robes. So I would assume he was part of Gryffindor before coming here.

I haven't spoken with him yet. He usually sits in a corner, doing nothing but staring. Though whenever an Auror comes by the cell; the idiot has the sudden urge to verbally assault the Auror or worse. Which usually leaves him crumbled up on the floor and stupefied in the end.

This one is truly mad and probably deserves this fate unlike the rest of the students... I've made sure to keep my shiv at the ready. I truly don't wish to cause him harm but here in Azkaban... Its survival of the fittest... Its live or die... and right now... I WILL LIVE!!

Sam came back! I can't believe it but she did. It was great! Things have been a lot smoother lately. I've slowed down the pace if not stopped most of my -- studies... Sam's kind spirit help distract me from my previous intentions... Well, also the fact that Dumbledore said that he would try and help me with my situation. I hope it works...

In other news... John Dranco is still an arrogant [censored]. His arrogance and stupidity amazes me. Its no wonder the fool gets himself into so much trouble. Sticks his nose into everything. Seriously you fool, if people wanted your bloody opinion they ask for it and the only person I see ever wanting it is that fool of a Hufflepuff, Amber Ramsay.

Though I taught him a lesson today. Arrogance only gets you hurt. Actually I take that back. I attempted to teach him a lesson today. I beat the crap out of him but I doubt the message sunk in. Seeing as how is ego is almost as big if not, as big as that Sean character from the Gryffindor house. It'll probably take several beatings and probably from several people to get the point across. That's hoping that his ego isn't as big as Sean's. Oh well.

On a side note, I've looked into becoming a prefect but have decided its not worth it. I'll probably be put on a pedestal like the rest and be expected to stupid things. Bah! As much fun as it would be to discipline those naives. I would rather do it without a spotlight. All they do is hinder you...

Another Gryffindor came to Azkaban last week, maybe two weeks. I can't quite remember. Time is rarely a factor anymore in this hell hole. He goes by the name Sean. News around the joint is that he got upset at some student and cast Crucio on them. What an immature child... Rumor has it that Professor Snape taught him the spell. I find that quite far fetched. Snape despises House Gryffindor and he's not stupid enough to go teaching such things to irresponsible children such as this fellow. Luckily I don't share a cell with him.

I'm doing a lot better in holding up lately thanks to Sierra smuggling me some chocolate. The Dementors are a lot easier to handle. I hope she visits again soon. My supply is running a little low.

I can feel the Dementors approaching~~~

Sometime last week I turned myself into Snape for my actions... Part of me regrets it and should of just said screw it. The other half--well the other half is stupid...

I think I'll see if Snape is in a better mood today. Hopefully he'll give my wand back... This past week has been troublesome with no wand...

On a semi-lighter note, I put some thought into post graduation. Sure its still about a year away but isn't this the time where we start thinking about it just a little? I'm still unsure what profession I wish to go for.

With my skills I would probably be suited for working for a place like the Daily Prophet. But I probably wouldn't last long since everything would either be greatly altered to sell or altered to make the Ministry look good.

Speaking of the Ministry. I've also considered a job there. Indeed, very odd for someone like myself. But I figure what better way to know thy enemy than to hide amongst their ranks...

I've also thought about opening my own shop. Sure I have a big allowance, though with prices these days I still may need to get a loan from father. I just need to stay on his good graces from now until then or he'll leave me penniless like he did Durious...

Well, I think I'm going to go bug Snape now...

I got an unexpected visit from a Dementor the last time I wrote. I decided to just deal with it normally instead of rely on the chocolate. I don't know when or if Sierra will be back so I've been attempting to ration it...

On a different note, I heard around the cell block that Azkaban finally got to another wizard. I think the name was Charles Ringer, though I'm not 100% sure... From what I've heard he's been here for about 10 years and finally snapped this morning. He took some wall shackles from his cell and hung himself...

I hope I can keep my sanity and leave this hell hole before then... Well, the Aurors are coming with our daily gruel. So this is where I'll end my writing for now...

Looks like the school is back to its chaotic ways. Though its not the Gryffs who are causing it this time. The goody-two-shoes Huffs are. Though I semi-expected it to eventually happen. I often hear rumors and such that that house is filled with students who would snitch on anyone and anything if given the chance. It was just a matter of time before it imploded upon itself. Though... Never mind...

I heard the source of chaos was caused by that [censored] of a Huffle prefect, Amber Ramsay. But I guess that's to be expected of someone like her. Letting that badge go to her head. Luckily Professor Snape sees it too, so I have little to worry about when dealing with her. As long as I'm not too out of line. Oh how I wish I knew Legilimency, then I could dwell into her thick skull and relish in her turmoil.

Speaking of Legilimency, I'm still trying to figure out how to find some detailed information on it. I think Snape might have some information on it but currently isn't willing to share. Last I spoke with him he made a subtle comment about taking information from me. When I asked if he meant Legilimency he replied something to the effect of there being many ways to take information. One of them being torture. Though in my opinion, torture is below Snape. At least on someone such as myself.

I think I may bug him again...

Well I haven't been able to get a hold of Snape lately. He's either busy with class or other things that involve the Quad-Wizard Tournament... Though not seeing Snape has given me time to think.

I think I may change my course of actions when it comes to the study of Legilimency. I think I'll make an attempt at Occlumency instead. Sure Legilimency would be wonderful to have in my desired field but what use is it without Occlumency? Without Occlumency I would basically be a glass cannon which is no good. Like the old saying goes, "A good offense is having a good defense."

On another note, my wireless is still acting screwy. Though I think I may try and use its fault to my benefit...

I love this wireless. It has given me so much. If only he knew the power and possibilities of this wireless. He would have charged so much more. Though maybe not. He may prove to be a strong competitor if I set up in Knockturn also... I could try Pinboria, business would be a little slower but that could be a good thing. Which reminds me...

Things are becoming a little harder to bare. Now that Sierra's smuggled chocolate has stopped coming in. I wonder if she was caught, or if she has given up on me...

I guess I wouldn't blame her. It appears I've become nothing more than a memory, if that, to everyone. I knew it was too good to be true to hear that the students were pulling for my release...

I guess I can find some comfort that my mother and brother still have hope for me...

Speaking of my brother, in one of his last letters he wrote about the organization that I was looking into before. Something about acquiring resources to help locate them... Also that if everything goes to plan, that I may eventually be free...

I fear for him, I really do. That he may slip up and wind up in here if not worse. I thought about having mother return a letter to him, convincing him to cease his investigation. But my brother, his ambitions and will are quite strong. I'm not sure I could convince him... Hell, I'm not sure I want to convince him. He appears to have great leads amongst other things...

If my brother ever does accomplish such a feat... I will be somewhat surprised if the Ministry would deny him... Though, the Ministry is filled with crooked [censored] that would hate to be out-done by someone so young as Xander.

Well, the Men in Orange payed a visit last night. Looking for that disgusting Hufflepuff. I wasn't able to witness all of the events but no matter. I've witnessed enough...
That awful Hufflepuff ended up snapping the poor man's neck. Which I made sure to take note of... I guess I can't completely condemn her. She did after all do the Black family a favor...
Try to hang in there brother, you may see the light of day once more...

[censored]! That recent visit was too close. I almost lost everything. I can honestly admit that I had met fear then... Which leaves me to question myself. Is going further really worth it? I have all the evidence I need, right? Maybe...? Though there is one recent article of evidence I have happened upon. I haven't taken the time to review it yet...

Another thing that bothers me is the body we found. It appears to have been rotting a fair amount of time. Though I'm no Healer Wizard so I wouldn't have any clue on its time of of death. Though I estimate probably a month, two at most?

Which causes a disruption in my time line. They obviously consider this place of some value, otherwise I wouldn't have found the corpse. Though according to the reviews my partner has made and observations I have made in the past. This fellow was not one of the chosen...

That arrogant Hufflepuff would make an excellent cannon to clear this area. Hell, she's part of the reason I started this investigation. Though she appears to have dropped off the map at the moment, for better or for worse.

...I really wish I had something to help me clear my thoughts...

I haven't heard from Xander in awhile. I hope he is alright. Not sure how I would take the news of something terrible happening to him.

I'm doing slightly better since I received another one of Sierra's packages. So I should be good for about a month or two before I need more...

Speaking of packages, mother visited a few days ago. She brought me a copy of the prophet. Something about those [censored] cultists killing Aurors and attempting to kill a Hogwarts student. Though I'm not sure what side to root for. They both [censored] my life... Along with one other... Its too bad I've yet to hear or read her name in the obituaries section of the prophet.

Another thing that interested me about the prophet was the date... I just realized how long I've been gone. Almost a year... My birthday is near the end of the month... I wonder if anyone will visit? Unlikely...
