History of Jacob: Jacob grew up in Spitalfields, born to a muggle mum, a prominent artist, whose works often feature medieval themes, and magical dad, a respective botanist in the muggle world. When Jacob received his letter from Hogwarts
at age eleven, his father was forced to come out and reveal himself to be a wizard. Jacob's mother was thrilled about the prospect of her son obtaining magical powers (claiming she always knew he was destined for great things) and she was finally able to meet her inlaws whom she had presumed to be dead, as her husband was a pureblood.
More notably Jacob's strong connection towards this earth and his value of friendship, placed him in the Hufflepuff House when he arrived. He has shown exemplary marks in Herbology and has managed to pass Professor Snape's potion classes. Astronomy is a close second favorite subject to him, intrigued with the course as a result of his mother having told him tales of mythology involving the heavens when he was young. He tried out for the Quidditch Team in his second year at Hogwarts and did not make it. He did in his third year, however, he left in his fourth. His date at the Yule Ball was a brunette from his house, but nothing developed further. While Jacob did manage to kiss a girl in his fifth year, it was only because someone had hung a mistletoe under the archway entrance into the commonroom. As of now, he is still currently single and the girls are getting prettier every year.
Present Time
Growing up, one of the many things that hasn't effected Jacob until now. Through a series of very strange events he has been forced to get rid of the 'Kid Forever' attitude and take on a new, more down to earth lifestyle. He is usually seen in the Entrance Hall working on his studies to pass the classes he has taken or quietly tuning and playing his guitar while leaning on a pillar. Jacob has usually always been known as the lighthearted kid of Hogwarts and while he still remains a free spirit he seems to have taken on a more serious demeanor.
Interests: Jacob's true interest lays within music. Having been brought up with the violin since he was five he grew to adapt the guitar. Gradually he gained skill in both instruments. Attending Harmonancy (the use of magic through music) classes in his sixth year, his Professor, Professor Marasuko, noticed his outstanding passion for music. Before Jacob left for his sixth year summer Marasuko granted him the possession of Tender String. A legendary guitar by which has been passed down through generations of Harmonancers. Ever since then Jacob has been mastering his magically tuned guitar upon the Astronomy Tower. He has come to believe that a Harmonancer must be in tune with his instrument as well as his music.
Having already had the talent of composing music Jacob has also been blessed with the gift of writing. Those who know him would know of his work in progress "Black Rose," as well as other songs such as, "But then I had Your Jacket," and "The loved, the hated." Jacob has written many essays in the past for Professor Marasuko and other Professors but the most renowned is the essay, "The Truth About Love"

There are some things in this world in which people are not meant to understand. Among these wonders is the feeling of Love.
I could travel the world and see it's wonders. From the Pyramids of Egypt to the Alaskan mountains. Yet everything in the world, the stars, oceans, mountains, pyramids, flowers or even the riches of the city of Gold would be meaningless if I did not have you by my side enjoying every tiny moment of it.
No matter how many words I could write in this poem it would always lack a thousand more words for if I tried explaining why I love you it would be impossible.
Is it the way you smile? Your eyes flickering with an emerald gleam of beauty. Your voice inspiring me to write thousands of extra words in which to describe my feelings to you. You see, it simply isn't a matter of the way you smile, the way your eyes shine when you look at me, your voice aloft the softest breeze... The truth is, in reality I could look upon a star and see the surface a great many more wonders than the minds of people can imagine and all I would ever truly see is your beautiful face. I could soar through the universe seeing the rings of Saturn first hand, traveling further into the chilling freeze of Pluto and all the while having only one thing on my mind, you.
So in reality, you are my Pluto, my Saturn, my Emerald, my pyramid, my mountain, my ocean, my star, my love.
If I had a million years to write page after page of how I feel about you then I would spend every minute writing and enjoying the thought of that when you read this I will have at least made you smile once. For me, that is the one and only thing that could cause me to be happier than I have ever been.
The wonder of Love will never be solved like a common puzzle would, the longing sensation to be with that special someone will always be there, and I know for a fact that my own love for you will be there. Always & Forever.
When Professor Marasuko asked him why he picked the color of the woman's eyes to be emerald he responded, "because I could stare into the eyes of who held those emerald, beautiful gems and forever be content." Marasuko proceeded to give him a perfect grade for that assignment.

Jacob's Band Throughout his Seventh year Jacob has been doing concerts around Europe with some of his fellow band members from Hogwarts including Seth Williamson(Base,Vocals), Jack Blaine (Drummer, Vocals), Lauren Dresh (Synth, pianist) When they all play together Jacob turns into a completely different person. He's a rocker, romantic, rebellious kid again. The band play's songs ranging from to All of the band members can sing and play different instruments.
