Indigo excels in most if not all of her magical subjects. Potions she started off struggling with during her first year, as magic was not something the muggle born girl was used to. Now, after years of practice and study, she has managed to get her grades up to an impressive state. Recently, she was made the female Prefect of Gryffindor, and has been seen more and more on the arm of an older Slytherin boy with whom she seems girlishly smitten with.
Indigo was born in Belfast, and spent eight or so years there. She was brought to London when father found work in a factory. Most of their relatives had already made the move, so the Ivers lot uprooted themselves and followed along. Though they couldn't afford much, Indigo's parents were loving and they made their small family home a place of warmth that young Indigo looked forward to coming home to each day after school.
They happened to have moved two houses and a bus stop down from her soon to be closest friend Gabe. Indigo's mother and father practically took the starving motherless boy in after a few months, and they all became something of a family.
