Bio:

A young girl from Yokohama, Japan, the second largest city in Japan. Her powers were always out of coincidence before she found out she was a wizard, when she was around, not always something bad, but not always something good would happen. She would happen to walk across a poor man walking across the street, wishing she could help him, 1,000 yen would just randomly appear. Perhaps it was luck, but as she got older, this small amount of luck got bigger, when she was 9, she was walking home from school, and what seemed to be the impossible was when the car reached her point, it just slid right past her as she closed her eyes. Everyone was staring, but no one could actually believe what they saw. People just took it as an optical illusion, perhaps the car turned just in time, they just called her lucky. As things went on normal for the next year, and the same strange things been going on, people benefiting from something supernatural. It was not until Rei was about ten and a half years old, when she was walking with her friends to get lunch, she heard a cat. So, did everyone else but they didn't know where it was coming from. The meow was getting louder, as a scared sound the cat was making, finally Rei was able to identify the cat was up in the air, and as she looked up, she saw the cat falling, she didn't know where it fell from, perhaps it even came from the heavens itself, but not wanting it to get hurt she leaned forward with worry in her eyes as her arms reached for the cats body, as something grabbed the cat, but nothing caught it. It was just suspended in mid air, and than Rai moved it over to her arms, and the cat was sitting their passed out in her arms. The cat had no owner, no tags, or any trace. Rei tried to find an owner for about a month, before she realized this cat was a stray. So, she decided to name it "Rakki" (Japanese for Lucky) Before Rei knew it, things were happening, one week from her birthday, she got a letter in the mail, stating that "Hogwarts was accepting new wizards." Though Rei did not understand, perhaps she was determined to find out what exactly is going on. That week, she took her cat with her, and departed for Hogwarts, unfolding her destiny.

Rei Fukui (may not be)a full blood heritage, as none of her parents ever confessed to knowing magic to her. All she knows is she can do magic, but no one else she knows can. She may be a full blooded wizard, but only time and dedication will unlock this secret to her ancestors.

Personality: Rei Fukui, has a direct attitude. As a Hufflepuff she's not afraid to be scolded, especially by intimidating people to her. Though, she's not afraid, she hates being in a mess, when she gets in a fight with people do like her. She's most of the time a happy girl but could have her feelings pulled apart easily, which could turn disastrous easy. Rei has a "First Impression" rule, and normally does not care to associate with bullies, and mean people - though rude is different, she does not care about rude people, unless she sees it as evil over good. Burping in public could be an example she would not care about, but burping in someone's face in her eyes would be a mean, jerk thing to do. Rei also has a lot of stories about her culture to tell, traditional values she does not follow, she follows the crowd. She adapts, and is polite to other people above herself, as she sees coming to someone else's country is being invited into someone's house, and respects the values and traditions, and uphold laws of where she is at, not what she believes she's at. Though, it's not if she's a mindless zombie, she grew up in Japan, she's not just going to forget her values. Last, she's very charitable, she carries around drinks, and sometimes food and shares with people, and has become what she was first known for.
